Pinning My Workout

The last week or so of September, I really started thinking about my eating and exercise habits from the past couple of months. And it wasn't pretty. I was still being active and exercising at least once a week, but it's not like that one workout could make up for all the crap I was still eating. So things were getting a bit out of control.
